Le PH Downtown Suites occupe le 1er étage d'un bâtiment restauré au cœur de Lisbonne, à 600 mètres des places du Chiado et du Rossio. Ce Bed & Breakfast est également installé à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Terreiro do Paço et propose une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite dans tous ses locaux.
