The rooms are excellent, hotel is grand & pool & restaurant are great. Staff very friendly, if not a little overbearing. Location ok, can't really walk anywhere but only $2 for tuktuk to town.

Breakfast is a so-so and selection is rather poor, air conditioning in rooms works, but won't allow to set temperature, beds are short at just 180cm, safe boxes are not attached to anything and small

Try it the other way round: visit main sites like Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom, Bayon, Ta Phrom, Pre Rup, Bantaey Srei, Kbal Spean & Preah Khan with a guide THEN round it off with a trip to the museum. :)

Wat Polanka
One of the best hotels in Siem Reap. We stayed 4 nights and everyday they sent fresh flowers and some presents to the room. After a tiring day at the angkor you can rest by the pool. İyi tatiller.

The bar has a very chilled out atmoshphere and $6 for cocktails doesnt break the bank. But although the nice water feature looks great, the standing water attracts mosquitos so beware...!
