Récemment rénové, le Casa Ferrari est situé dans le centre de Sofia et dispose d'un mobilier italien du début du XXe siècle. Il se trouve à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro NDK et du boulevard Vitosha.

Toutes les chambres disposent d'une salle de bains privative, d'un élégant parquet et de la climatisation. Une connexion Wi-Fi est disponible gratuitement dans tout le bâtiment.
